LIC Loft
Situated in a new condominium building in Queens, this loft draws upon an existing material palette to reconfigure and optimize a pastry chef's family kitchen. A cantilevered stone countertop allows for family breakfast gatherings while parents cook, and deep shoe and coat storage at the entry reduce existing traffic and clutter. The kitchen is slated for renovation in the Summer of 2026.
