On a sunny exposure in a residential backyard, the Smith Ridge Garden was built for a couple's son, a garden enthusiast. Custom wood finials, cedar perimeter fencing, and careful symmetry and alignments create a sublime effect when gardening. Notably, no chemicals, plastics, or synthetic materials were used in the construction of the garden enclosure and raised beds — supporting its caretaker's dedication to organic gardening methods.
